Keep our cruises running smoothly behind the scenes. As a Planner at Starboard Boats, you’ll make sure our unforgettable canal cruises happen without a hitch, from assigning the right crew to confirming bookings and checking availability.
Your role combines structure, foresight, and people skills. You’ll manage schedules, crew logistics, and daily operations so everything is in place for our Captains and Hosts to deliver exceptional experiences on the water. You’ll also help onboard new team members and ensure they’re set up with all the tools they need to succeed.

- Manage and streamline cruise bookings

- Manage cruise inclusions and product availability
- Coordinate with third parties and ensure scheduling matches
- Help onboard new team members and set them up with software
