Starboard is seeking energetic and dedicated Runners to make sure that our operations run smoothly. As a runner, you are responsible for making sure that all the boats are stocked properly, and cruise through the city on an electric bike/bakfiets to pick & drop off drinks from our departure points. Founded in 2018, Starboard Boats has become a beloved presence on Amsterdam’s beautiful canals. We specialize in private and shared cruises that showcase the city’s stunning architecture, rich history, and vibrant culture.
With our fleet of well-maintained boats, we create memorable experiences for both tourists and locals. Our Captains and Hosts are the heart of these experiences, sharing interesting facts and stories about Amsterdam’s landmarks and hidden gems.
We’re looking for enthusiastic people to join our team who share our passion for Amsterdam and want to help guests discover everything that makes this city special. Tasks
- Start off the day at our office in the Herengracht with a nice cup of coffee.
- Coordinate with the operations team about the cruise schedules.
- Ensure that our boats are fully stocked and prepared to set sail.
- Cycle to our docks on an electric bike to pick & drop off drinks.
Profile
- Available for 2-3 days a week and at least 1 weekend day during high season
- Service oriented attitude.
