Regular Private Activities:

• Any activity which is offered privately for the main booker and his group only.
• In case of a reservation cancellation up to one month prior to your booking: full refund guaranteed.
• In case of a reservation cancellation up to one week prior to your booking: 75% of the full amount will be refunded.
• In case of a reservation cancellation one week or less prior to your booking: No refund.

Regular Shared Activities:

• Any activity which is offered as a part of a shared group (joining a group of individuals).
• In case of a reservation cancellation up to 24 hours prior to your booking: full refund guaranteed.

Amsterdam Light Festival:

Private

• In case of a reservation cancellation up to one month prior to your booking date: full refund is guaranteed.
• In case of a reservation cancellation up to one week prior to your booking: Voucher for next edition or a regular shared cruise will be given out.
• In case of a reservation cancellation one week or less prior to your booking: No refund.
• In case new Covid-measures won’t allow us to operate our Amsterdam Light Festival cruises: A voucher for next year’s edition will be given out.

Shared 

• Any activity which is offered as a part of a shared group (joining a group of individuals).
• In case of a reservation cancellation up to 24 hours prior to your booking: full refund guaranteed.

Kings Day & Pride Cruises:

• Any activity which is offered as a part of Kingsday, the 27th of April, or the Pride Canal Cruise Shared or Private – Strictly No Refund.
