What does your day look like:
Your day begins with a strategic overview at our office, where you ensure that all elements of our operation align for success. As the primary operational contact, you seamlessly coordinate among skippers, hosts, and logistical staff, ensuring each member is fully equipped and informed. You are hands-on with daily operations, starting or closing the day, conducting briefings for the crew, and managing transitions smoothly. Throughout the day, you address and resolve any incidents or challenges, keeping the guest experience at the forefront of your actions. You oversee logistical operations, including provisioning and maintenance, ensuring our fleet is in pristine condition and ready for our guests.
