Job description: We are looking for someone to be the face of our ticketing operations. As a Ticketmaster, you are constantly engaging with tourists and locals offering them the key to an unforgettable canal cruise experience in the heart of Amsterdam. Your role is crucial in providing a warm welcome and a smooth start to our guest’s adventure. You will be our guest’s first point of contact, setting the stage for an exceptional experience with your knowledge, enthusiasm, and service.

What does your day look like:

  • Welcome our guests with a smile at our docksides, located at Amstel and in the Red-Light District.
  • Process ticket sales and check guests in with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Be a knowledgeable ambassador for Starboard boats, answering questions and providing recommendations.
  • Manage queues and guest flow, ensuring everyone is attended to promptly and with care.
  • Keep a detailed record of sales and inquiries, providing valuable feedback to our sales and operations team.

Requirements:

  • Speak fluent English, additional languages are a plus.
